New clients should arrive 15 minutes before an appointment and existing clients 10 minutes to get a consultation and accurate price.
If you're 15 minutes late for your appointment and it's possible for us to assist you, a fine of R50 will be added to the service. If we cannot assist you, the appointment will have to be rescheduled with a fee of R150.
When a client leaves the Salon we will no longer be held responsible for your hair. Please feel free to ask how to properly take care of your hair and wait the recommended time before washing or styling it again.
If you color or highlight your hair at another salon after a Coffee-Tox or Brazilian Blow Wave by us, we will not be held responsible for decoloring or hair damages. We do not use the same products.
Bookings are available before and after working hours at an extra fee of R180.
Prices given over the phone are estimated prices. Prices can increase due to thickness, length and density of the hair.
If you don't use salon approved after care, we will not be held responsible for color fading, blond going dry or decoloring.
Highlight promotions are ONLY for blonds to go blonder or to give dimensions to the hair. You cannot use a highlight promotion to go from dark to blond.
Full Head Color services are ONLY for dark hair (brown, black, red, dark blond).
For root touch up with blond hair, we only use the foil effect as it is the best and safest way.
If you purchase a voucher for a promotion, the voucher will ONLY be valid for 2 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a cut is included in a promotion, it's ONLY to trim dead ends. If you want layers OR go from long to short, an extra R100 will be added.
If you want to straighten your hair, an extra R50 will be added.
If hair is extra thick or long, price may increase with R100 - R250.
The generator will be running during loadshedding for an extra fee of R50 for Color, Balayage and Highlights. An extra fee of R80 for Coffee-Tox or Brazilian Blow Wave.
If you're sick please reschedule your appointment until you're 100% well.
Reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours. If not, a fine of R150 - R200 must be paid.
If you don't arrive for an appointment, we won't book you again.
Promotion dates are there for a reason and won't be extended for any client.
