If you're 15 minutes late for your appointment and we can still assist you, a fine of R50 will be added to your service. If we cannot accommodate the delay, your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a fee of R150.

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours. If you fail to do so, a fine of R150 - R200 must be paid. If you don't arrive for your appointment without notice, we may not be able to book you again in the future.

New clients should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, and existing clients 10 minutes early. This allows time for consultation and accurate pricing assessment.

If you color or highlight your hair at another salon after a Coffee-Tox or Brazilian Blow Wave by us, we will not be held responsible for decoloring or hair damage. We use specific products that may not be compatible with those used elsewhere.

Prices given over the phone are estimated prices only. Final pricing may increase due to thickness, length, and density of your hair, which we assess during your consultation.

Yes, additional charges apply for: layers or going from long to short (R100), straightening hair (R50), extra thick or long hair (R100-R250), and bookings before/after working hours (R180). During loadshedding, we run a generator with additional fees: R50 for Color, Balayage and Highlights; R80 for Coffee-Tox or Brazilian Blow Wave.

If you don't use salon-approved aftercare products, we will not be held responsible for color fading, blond going dry, or decoloring. We're happy to recommend the best products for maintaining your hair's health and color.

If you're sick, please reschedule your appointment until you're 100% well. This helps protect our staff and other clients.

Vouchers purchased for promotions are valid for 2 months only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotion dates are fixed and won't be extended for any client.

If a cut is included in a promotion, it's ONLY to trim dead ends. Additional styling like layers or going from long to short will incur an extra charge of R100.
